Estágio supervisionado em gestão ambiental na MBN Engenharia e Consultoria

Abstract

This report presents the activities developed during the supervised internship carried out at MBN Engenharia e Consultoria, located in São Carlos, São Paulo, Brazil. The internship focused on the integration of environmental management practices with engineering consulting activities, emphasizing environmental compliance, land regularization, technical inspections, risk prevention, and construction waste management. Activities included documental audits, environmental and technical diagnostics, support in gas network tightness testing (GN and LPG systems), topographic surveys using GNSS RTK technology, processing of geospatial data in CAD environments, preparation of technical reports and descriptive memorials, and monitoring the traceability of construction and demolition waste. Additionally, the internship contributed to the digital modernization of the company through the development of an HTML-based application for field data collection and automated generation of technical reports in PDF format. The results demonstrated the importance of integrating environmental legislation, technical standards, geotechnologies, and digital tools to improve operational efficiency, legal compliance, risk mitigation, and environmental sustainability. The experience strengthened both technical and professional competencies, highlighting the multidisciplinary role of environmental managers and analysts in supporting sustainable infrastructure development and territorial planning.
