Item type:Item, Otimização do desempenho dinâmico de robôs acionados por cabos com redundância cinemática(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-14) ;Costa, Alexandre Augusto Duarte ;Fontes, João Vitor de Carvalhohttps://lattes.cnpq.br/9473668144091435Robotic manipulators are used in several applications. With this, the scientific community is increasingly seeking to improve the performance of these robots. One technique that allows such improvement is kinematic redundancy, which consists of adding degrees of freedom to the manipulator, beyond the minimum necessary, for the execution of a task. Among parallel robots, the cable-driven robots stand out due to their ability to perform with high speed and acceleration, besides having cables in place of the usual rigid links. However, for this type of robot, studies that address redundancy do not explore the possibility of increasing the manipulator's dynamic performance. With that, a numerical model of a planar parallel cable-driven robot was implemented in the software MATLAB and the impact of kinematic redundancy was defined by prepositioning the redundant joints. Through an optimization algorithm it was possible to compare different strategies of redundancy resolution, in order to minimize the forces acting on the cables during the execution of the trajectory. Based on the numerical models developed, the results prove an increase in the dynamic performance of the redundant manipulator when compared to the non-redundant model, besides offering new ways to improve the different robot characteristics.Item type:Item, Objetos intermídia na poesia concreta de Décio Pignatari(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-15) ;Bomfim, Monalisa Medrado ;Marques, Wilton José ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/5763590592946918https://lattes.cnpq.br/7171053176602826Décio Pignatari (1927-2012) was the most irreverent one of the trio of concrete poets that he composed with the brothers Haroldo and Augusto de Campos. Pignatari boldness lies in satire, but also in the multiadialogue of media, which he experiences through the exploration of different supports in intermedia poems. Considering that Pignatari helped to found the Association Internationale de Sémitique in France, in 1969, and he followed an interdisciplinary academic pathway, it was admitted that, in relation to the media, Pignatari was the most experimental of the concretes. Therefore, this work focused on experimental poetic aspects of Pignatari through different media, thus understanding them as intermedia objects. This work’s aime was to investigate the Pignatari’s intermedia objects in its orthodox and participant phases, interpreting them in terms of technomodern, criticism and erotic elements. It demonstrated in poetic practice what Lucia Santaella already advocates in her theory, which is, concrete poetry is a precursor of contemporary digital poetry. The first stage of this work discussed the concept of intermediality, based on the texts of Claus Clüver and Ernst Gombrich; the second part prioritized the analysis from orthodox phase poems, um movimento (1956), hombre hambre hembra (1957) and caviar (1959), in written and oral supports; and the third part was dedicated to analysis from poems considered here as participant phase poems, such as beba coca cola (1957) and organismo (1960), in written, audio and audiovisual supports. The poems were analyzed regarding the new sensorial experiences provided by the practices of voice and body performance associated with the different supports experienced. This work had the intention to bring Décio Pignatari’s poetry to the field of inscription support analysis, suggesting an active dialogue with the digital contemporary.Item type:Item, Purposes and choices on the characterization of fossil samples: parameter test and analytical techniques applied to the comparison of different substrates(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-15) ;Silva, Natália Cantuária da ;Pacheco, Mírian Liza Alves Forancelli ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/3481327026891705https://lattes.cnpq.br/8650428123430088Historically, paleontology has been concerned with observational and explanatory issues regarding fossils. However, with the advancement of science and technology, a new field has been structured within this area: paleometry. This interdisciplinary effort seeks to understand how we can use a bulk of techniques in order to access information and interpret data on fossil record. The understanding of limitations and complementarities among techniques can clarify purposes and choices in paleontological research. Despite its contribution, paleometry as a science still needs to be further developed in technical terms. Here, we analyze sediments (sand and clay), rocks (siltstone and sandstone) and fossils (plants and insects) to compare and correlate patterns presented during the use of techniques that can facilitate the researcher's work, such as the use of high tensions related to the use of coating that allows us to see the sample in greater depth during the use of the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), as well as observations that the gradual increase in tensions is related to a greater detection of elements in the Spectroscopy of Dispersive Energy (EDS) and its correlation with trace elements found in X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF).Item type:Item, Método para contagem de plantas de milho baseado no processamento digital de imagens multiespectrais utilizando Drones em ambiente de campo(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-15) ;Veramendi, Wilbur Naike Chiuyari ;Cruvinel, Paulo Estevão ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/7924553462118511https://lattes.cnpq.br/3835651092184780The processing of multispectral images acquired with an embedded camera in unmanned aerial vehicles (Drones) has brought new opportunities for precision agriculture. In such a context, this work presents a method for evaluating the emergence of corn seeds (Zea mays L.) in a crop area. For validation a database of spectral images has been organized from flights over a real agricultural area, and digital image processing techniques have been applied, i.e., taking into account the concept of intelligent processing. Therefore, the image processing techniques based on pattern recognition and models to aid decision making by using machine learning were also used. In addition, after images acquisition it has been used the processing of the orthomosaics in the spectral channels, i.e., red (R), green (G) and blue (B), being possible to register and organize all the images. Likewise, for the pre-processing stage, techniques for geometric transformations, brightness and contrast adjustments were also evaluated in a global way, while local adjustments were evaluated based on the use of adaptive equalization techniques, which were explored in the color spaces (YCbYcr), (HSV) and (CIELAB). For the post-processing step, it has been considered a segmentation based on the best observed color threshold technique together with Gaussian filtering and morphological operations. To enable the pattern recognition step, techniques that use distance maps were evaluated considering the use of Euclidean Distance (DE). Thus, the location of canopy patterns in maize plants was studied with a template matching algorithm and a Chamfer pattern mask. For the feature extraction steps, the chain code and circular pattern map techniques have been considered. The analyses made it possible to establish vectors of features based on the patterns related to the number of emergence occurrences for the maize seeds. Finally, two calibration steps have been considered, one of them related to the plant height versus the canopy opening radius, and other related to the number of seeds planted into soil for each position in the crop area versus the identified radii by the developed model. Last, but not least, the classification step has been established, using a set of classifiers based on Support Vector Machine (SVM), and the developed method, proved to be adequate for counting the seeds of the maize plants in the post-emergence stage.Item type:Item, Complexos de Pd(II) e Pt(II) contendo tiossemicarbazonas derivadas do tiofeno: síntese, caracterização, investigação da citotoxicidade e modo de ação(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-16) ;Oliveira, Gabriela Porto de ;Rocha, Fillipe Vieira ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/5841127259122766https://lattes.cnpq.br/8902113201652123In this work, ten ligands and four palladium and two platinum complexes containing thiosemicarbazones derived from thiophene were synthesized in order to evaluate their cytotoxic profile against tumor cells. The compounds were characterized by molar conductivity, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (31P{1H}, 1H and 13C{1H} NMR, COSY, HMBC, and HSQC), Infrared (IR) Absorption Spectroscopy, Ultraviolet-Visible Absorption Spectroscopy, Elemental analysis, ESI/MS Mass Spectrometry, and Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction (XRD). From the set of techniques, it was possible to verify that the ligands coordinated in an anionic bidentate form, with the exception of the PtT complex, which coordinated in a neutral form, via nitrogen and sulfur atoms of the thiosemicarbazone and the other sites are occupied by a chloride ligand and a triphenylphosphine. The compounds were subjected to stability tests in DMSO, which suggested the permanence of the chloride ligand in the coordination sphere. Afterwards its cytotoxicity was evaluated by the MTT method against the tumor cell lines DU-145 (prostate), A549 (lung), MDA-MB-231 (breast), A2780 Cis (ovary) and non-tumor cell line MRC5 (lung). The ligands were inactive in all cell lines tested, while the complexes were more promising concerning the A549 and A2780 Cis tumor lines. The most cytotoxic compound PdT showed cytostatic behavior against the A549 tumor lineage, while the PdCH3 compound exhibited antimetastatic and cytotoxic behavior against the A2780 Cis cell line. To explore a possible biological target, DNA interaction assays were performed. These data indicate that the complexes interacted with DNA only at high concentrations (100 uM). Moreover, they suggest that the interaction pathway is electrostatic and/or via groove binding with DNA. Additionally, they could not inhibit the action of topoisomerase IIα and IIβ enzymes. However, the platinum complexes inhibited topoisomerase Iβ at all concentrations evaluated (0.1-100 μM). The most promising compound, PdCH3, provided the accumulation of cells in the sub-G1 phase of the cell cycle, which may indicate induction of apoptosis. Furthermore, this complex inhibited wound closure in Wound Healing assays and significantly altered cell morphology. Such data represent an effective ability to affect the cell viability of cancer cells. These results indicate that the synthesized palladium compounds have an encouraging biological activity.Item type:Item, Avaliação dos efeitos da pandemia de Covid-19 sobre a evasão estudantil nos cursos superiores de tecnologia do IFSP São Carlos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-16) ;Mendes, Ricardo Pertile Frota Teixeira ;Carvalho, Joelson Gonçalves de ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/0141039743607067https://lattes.cnpq.br/1540492076655091This work is about education, particularly, the phenomenon of student dropout, a common and recurrent problem in educational institutions in general. Studies indicate that the students who start, but do not finish their courses are related to social, academic and economic loss. In the public sector, they correspond to public resources invested without the expected return to society. The research target of the work is the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo, São Carlos campus, covering the period that marks the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil, from mid-March 2020 until December de 2021. The main objective is to understand the strategies to combat student dropout in higher technology courses on campus occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to evaluate the phenomenon from a chronological perspective, it was decided to break down the main objective into three specific objectives: 1. To verify the institutional response to the pandemic. 2. Evaluate the phenomena of dropout and student retention and the institutional response during the pandemic and 3. Compare dropout indicators before and after the pandemic. The methodological structure includes a bibliographic review, document analysis and participant observation, conducted through semi-structured interviews with representative agents, employees of the institution who work directly and behind the scenes of teaching, including administrative technicians who provide support as facilitators and teachers, the leading characters of the emergency remote teaching system. The evaluation of the Covid-19 institutional contingency plan by the interviewees was positive, contrasting with the common perception of the intensification of dropout phenomenon in the period. Despite the gap between the onset of the pandemic and institutional actions to combat it, good indicators were found for evasion, suggesting that the positive results obtained may be artificial, being biased by the institutional policy. In times when food delivery has been very frequent, some multicomponent foods may suffer texture changes from water migration between components with a high water activity difference. The present study aimed to develop and characterize edible films from bacterial cellulose and guacamole, to be consumed as a snack or applied as a water barrier layer in multicomponent foods such as tacos, pizzas, and wraps, reducing the water migration and avoiding texture changes. Ten films were produced with different proportions of biopolymeric matrix (bacterial celulose – BC - and carboxymethyl cellulose - CMC), plasticizer (glycerol) and flavor component (guacamole), according to a simplex-centroid design. The results indicated the potential applicability of the films, as well as the influence of the component proportions on the tensile properties, the water vapor permeability (WVP) and the surface hydrophobicity. Films with higher proportions of cellulosic matrix presented lower WVP values, being more promising for the prospected application. An application test was carried out in which the film was tested as a barrier layer between nachos and tomato sauce, and the texture of the nachos was tested after 50 min. The film reduced the texture loss by the nachos, indicating that the water migration was decreased.Item type:Item, Política industrial em países dependentes: limites estruturais do novo desenvolvimentismo(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-17) ;Barbosa, Tayla Nayara ;Carvalho, Joelson Gonçalves de ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/0141039743607067https://lattes.cnpq.br/1006450649563809The objective of the research was to analyze and compare the structural economic limits of the new South American developmentalism, taking the cases of Brazil and Argentina as examples. The focus of the analysis was the Lula administration (2003-2010) in Brazil and the Néstor Kirchner (2003-2007) and Cristina Fernández de Kirchner (2007-2011) governments in Argentina. The analysis of these limits was based on the dependency theory of Ruy Mauro Marini (1973), according to which the economies of Latin American countries belong to a historical process of power relations, since they are dependent on transfers of value from the central economies. Therefore, in general, the new developmentalism is seen as an economic development strategy that theoretically proposes to guarantee the binomial: economic growth and income distribution. Thus, what we intend to analyze is whether the economic orientations based on the new developmentalism and implemented by these governments diverged or converged with neoliberalism. The hypothesis investigated is that the new developmentalism failed to constitute itself as an alternative long-term development model, since it did not configure itself as a counter-hegemonic project to neoliberalism.Item type:Item, Contribuição ao estudo de pilares pré-moldados de concreto em etapa transitória(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-17) ;Otrente, João Francisco ;Ferreira, Marcelo de Araújo ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/4199122391532470https://lattes.cnpq.br/3182929421075739During its production, the precast structures go through different stages called the transitory stage and, consequently, through different static schemes and requests. The precast columns during this stage have a static beam scheme which can cause particular design situations in which the transitory stage is critical for the design. In addition, many designers do not consider the loss of stiffness due to eventual cracking of the element at this stage. The objective of this work is to evaluate how the application of prestressing with pre-tension helps in the performance of precast concrete columns in particular design situations in which the formation of cracks in the phases of the transitory stage can occur. To achieve this, a case study was carried out on a precast concrete column with a critical transitory stage. The column was analyzed in reinforcement concrete with different static schemes and later in prestressed concrete containing two arrangements of active reinforcement. The analysis of the element in question was performed using the following parameters: tension in the reinforcement, cracking moment, amount of reinforcement and secant flexion stiffness via analytical methods. In addition, a parametric analysis was carried out during the demolding phase and lifting in assembly, whose parameters obtained from the variation of the position of the lifting loops were: bending moments, tension in the reinforcement and stiffness reduction coefficient for the most requested sections. Based on the analysis of the results, it is concluded that when using three lifting loops, the column presented a stiffness of up to 0.84.EI during demolding. With the introduction of prestressing, the column with two lifting loops resulted in a stiffness of up to 0.90.EI at the end of transitory stage. Still, it was observed, via parametric analysis, that the column only presented a stiffness bigger than 0.50.EI when the stress level in the passive reinforcement was less than 0.30.fyk. Finally, it is understood that the loss of stiffness during the transitory stage must be accounted for.Item type:Item, Soluções positivas para equações elípticas com operadores fracionários(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-18) ;Villena, Diana Yovani Rodriguez ;Paiva, Francisco Odair Vieira de ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/2889322093175193https://lattes.cnpq.br/0177562178388522In this work, we present results of existence, non-existence and multiplicity of positive solutions to elliptic problems involving the fractional p-Laplacian operator and the fractional Laplacian in the critical case, through variational methods, sub-super solutions and Mountain Pass Theorem.Item type:Item, Moradia e idoso: um estudo sobre o lugar de envelhecer(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-18) ;Grezele, Gabriely ;Silva, Nayara Mendes ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/1791265073266957 ;Monteiro, Luzia Cristina Antoniossihttps://lattes.cnpq.br/2890278808923978The place of residence directly reflects on active and healthy old age. It is known that the aging process is accompanied by a series of biopsychosocial issues influenced by several factors. Adequate housing can be a facilitator in the process. However, the elderly population increasingly depends on State initiatives to obtain access to adequate housing, and therefore, dignified conditions in old age, reflecting on functional capacity. In this scenario, specific public policies that do not take into account aspects related to health and well being can impact daily activities of daily living and relationships with the place. In this sense, there is a need for studies that investigate housing characteristics and the profile of the elderly in each location, in order to deepen the knowledge regarding the socio-spatial insertion of the resident. It is understood that care policies for the elderly can promote active and healthy aging, regardless of the level of socioeconomic development, enabling the maintenance of functional capacity in a safe environment, encouraging participation in the community. Therefore, the objective of this study was to analyze the housing conditions and the functional capacity of elderly residents of the CECAP neighborhood in Araraquara-SP. It is a transversal, exploratory and descriptive research, based on the quantitative-qualitative method of investigation. The research participants were elderly people registered in the public health facilities that served the neighborhood. Interviews were conducted with semi-structured questions, and the Brazilian Oars Multidimensional Functional Assessment Questionnaire (BOMFAQ) was used to assess functional capacity. The results indicated that the interviewees do not have severe commitment to the performance of daily activities, but they have greater difficulties in the IADL, which are related to health conditions and not directly with the neighborhood. Regarding the participants' perception of housing, it was noted that the feeling of well-being, possession, living conditions and the understanding that there is an offer of product and service structures within the neighborhood, are important aspects that reflect on the quality of housing. of what is lived and the understanding that their housing meets their needs, reflecting on the feeling of belonging, integration and conditions to enjoy the space independently, actively and with dignity in old age.Item type:Item, Ensino de física para surdos: um estudo das teses e dissertações (2007 – 2020)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-18) ;Stavel, Michael de Oliveira ;Cruz, Tersio Guilherme de Souza ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/0705292304279277 ;Silva, Fernanda Keila Marinho dahttps://lattes.cnpq.br/6390725197649567This final paper approaches the state of knowledge about physics teaching for deaf in the two first decades of the 21th century. For this purpose, a survey of the works present in the CAPES theses and dissertations catalog was carried out and, subsequently, an analysis from titles and abstracts of these thesis and dissertations were made. The study questions are: how many and which are there on this subject? Are these researches articulated? Are there conclusions about methodologies to teach physics with people with hearing disability? What have been the concerns of researchers in the teaching of physics for the deaf? These questions provided theses objectives: to present an overview of theses and dissertations about physics teaching for deaf and discuss methodological and pedagogical aspects found in these works. The results indicated a trend of increasing academic production over the years. Furthermore, we found 27 works distributed in the five regions of Brazil, which can be classified into three thematic approaches: 1) related to didactic resources; 2) related to the understanding of the learning process and, 3) related to communication in LIBRAS of scientific terms. It is necessary to mention that these three thematic focus were also described by other authors, in similar studies, which supported and contributed to this final paper.Item type:Item, A leitura e escrita no contexto da educação infantil(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-18) ;Palauro, Natália Gonçalves ;Monteiro, Maria Iolanda ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/4189205834370563https://lattes.cnpq.br/5899168538421559This bibliographic work aims to survey the relationship between teaching and pedagogical practice and the formation of reading and writing habits from Early Childhood Education, analyzing the work carried out before and after the approval of the BNCC (BRASIL, 2017). Yet, in Brazil, matrices of essential skills are still being developed. This study sought to understand the teaching scenario on palliative care in health courses at the Federal University of São Carlos. This is a descriptive study, with a mixed approach, developed in two stages: documental study with analysis of pedagogical projects, curriculum matrices and teaching plans; and interviews with teachers who provide contents about palliative care within the scope of the teaching and extension. The information from the documentary data was descriptively organized in Excel spreadsheets and an analysis was based on the fundamentals and principles of palliative care. Thematic analysis was carried out for the contents from the interviews. As a result, it was observed the absence of specific disciplines on palliative care and the scarcity of content on the subject inserted in the disciplines that integrate the curriculum matrix. The difficulties in teaching palliative care from the teachers' point of view are due to the lack of understanding on the subject; the difficulty in providing changes in the curricular structure and the reduced number of qualified teachers in the discipline. It was found that the teaching scenario at this federal university presents significant fragility in training in palliative care, a situation resulting from multifactorial aspects from the perspective of professors. The demand for professional training involving skills that guarantee the recognition of the indication for palliative care in a qualified way is notorious, avoiding late or inadequate referrals in health care, a factor that requires efforts and reflections on strategies that minimize the training gaps identified. In this aspect, it is believed that the development of matrixes of essential competences for the performance of palliative care can favor improvements in the training processes, as well as that initiatives of interdepartmental actions can contribute to the reduction of weaknesses identified in this institution.Item type:Item, Síntese de compostos N-heterocíclicos via fotocatálise(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-18) ;Souza, Wanderson Costa de ;Paixão, Márcio Weber ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/3773908504964104https://lattes.cnpq.br/2206081928328489Heterocycles belong to a privileged class of organic compounds that play a prominent role in chemistry and biology. There is an extensive literature about methodologies for the synthesis of these substances, showing their importance. In the last decade, photocatalysis has undergone a substantial expansion driven by the search for new ways to achieve molecule activation and the growing interest in the development of more sustainable methodologies. In view of this scenario, our group has sought to contribute to the progress of photocatalyzed methodologies, applying photocatalysis to synthesize N-heterocyclic compounds. In this study, three photocatalytic methodologies were developed, one employing photoredox catalysis and the others employing photocatalysis by energy transfer. The first one is described as a cascade cyclization reaction initiated by alkyl radicals generated via photocatalyzed deamination by visible light. Under mild reaction conditions, the developed method provides a series of benzazepinones with a wide substrate scope, good functional group tolerance and good yields. In the second methodology, the synthesis of cyclobutanequinolinones was achieved through [2+2] cycloaddition reactions by energy transfer. The method has also a wide substrate scope, tolerates structural variations well and produces a large variety of cyclobutane derivatives with yields ranging from 27-99%, and with excellent regio- and diastereoselectivity. The third methodology was developed using 1,3-enynes in photocatalyzed reactions. It is a highly sustainable methodology which employs a metal-free catalyst (1,2,3,5-tetrakis(carbazol-9-yl)-4,6-dicyanobenzene) (4CzIPN), blue LED as activation source and a dimethylcarbonate solvent. (DMC). By this method, a series of 1,3-diene quinolinone derivatives were obtained in excellent yields.Item type:Item, Simulação numérica do processo de secagem de concretos refratários em aplicações tecnológicas(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-21) ;Cunha, Túlio Mumic ;Luz, Ana Paula da ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/3470395641242374 ;Pandolfelli, Victor Carloshttps://lattes.cnpq.br/7369376873984839Refractory ceramics are used in high temperatures due to their unique properties that enable a high thermal and chemical stability, mechanical strength, thermal properties and others. These materials are split into two main groups: shaped and monolithic. The latter acquires its shape during application and is commonly obtained as a powder, to which a liquid, commonly water, is added for mixing and for reacting with the binding agents to guarantee suitable green strength. Following, it is subjected to careful heating schedule to withdraw this water, because rapid generation of steam can lead to the failure of the lining. The drying process is often approached empirically in the industry, and this work aims to introduce a computational methodology for comparison and optimization of such heating profiles. Initially, a finite element method modeling was developed, with the help of a library, in Python, which was the basis for a number of simulations that were divided into three stages: profiles with constant heating rate, others with a plateau and also complex curves. The analyzes showed the need to use properties as a function of temperature, so it is as close as possible to a real material; high heating rates (≥ 50°C/h) are viable for linings with small thickness (< 20 cm); the withdrawal of free water at plateaus with temperatures below, but close to, the temperature of the beginning of the hydrate decomposition process enables the use of short plateaus at higher temperatures, speeding the drying process. Finally, using indicators such as drying status, resistance ratio and energy consumption, it was possible to compare the curves with each other to choose the one that best meets the needs of the end-user.Item type:Item, Valorização da propriedade rural: uma análise comparativa das diferentes formas de valorização aplicados a imóveis rurais no município de Angatuba-SP(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-03-21) ;Verardi, João Paulo ;Santos, Leandro de Limahttps://lattes.cnpq.br/2750978055015275This work addresses the existence of different forms of property valorization, as they are attributed at different times: one from the calculation of the Real Value, which is given at the time of contributing as the government through the collection of taxes and taxes, also through the calculation of the Market Value in the marketing and collection of resources such as financing, being obtained, for analysis purposes, from primary and secondary data. The data obtained primarily are based on the use of the proposed method for NBR 14.653 on a rural property selected by the author of this work, and contrasted with the value obtained through the Venal Value Calculator of the Institute of Agricultural Economics (IEA). For the secondary data, an analysis was carried out based on information obtained from the real estate agencies of the municipality of Angatuba in contrast to the values measured in the Municipal Decree of Angatuba No 519/2021. The results obtained point to a higher valuation of the property by defining the Market Value of the property, which is used for example as a guarantee in financing, and to undervaluation of the property measured from the Market Value, used, for example, for property payments. imposts and transfer or declaration of benefits. Finally, it was discussed the practical result of the possible contrast between the Sales Value and Market Value of the property.
