In addition to investigating the discursive dynamics present in these contents, the study proposes a methodological update for the analysis of offensive political memes by incorporating specific categories of political attack into the taxonomy traditionally used in this type of research. The objective is to understand how these memes, particularly those focused on the Brazilian political scenario, seek to validate their respective ideologies by discrediting opponents and delegitimizing opposing discourses through offense. The research considers memes as multimodal discursive and cultural artifacts embedded within the context of contemporary digital culture and, at the same time, is grounded in an Information Science perspective that understands information as a thing, treating memes as documents. From this perspective, memes cease to be merely ephemeral content and instead become evidence of knowledge, values, and cultural and political practices shared by social groups. Initially, a theoretical review was conducted tracing the shift in the concept of the meme from its origins in memetic theory to its appropriation by communication and digital culture studies in the form of called internet memes. Following this review, the characteristics of the database used were presented, and the curation procedures guiding the analytical construction were described, including the stages of classification and cataloging of the memes. For the analysis, a typological content model was initially adopted, classifying political memes according to three main categories subdivided into twelve subcategories. The empirical analysis, however, revealed limitations in this taxonomy when it became necessary to capture certain forms of attack present in the corpus. In response to this limitation, the research proposed an update to the analytical model, incorporating new categories related to political attack strategies, namely accusation, morality, fake news, and violence. The results demonstrate significant discursive differences between the political spectrums analyzed: while memes associated with the left tend to concentrate on strategies of ridicule, political humor, and symbolic moralization, memes linked to the right show a higher incidence of accusation and content classified as fake news. However, the exploration of mineral reserves, as well as extraction and beneficiation processes, require high energy consumption and often occur in environmentally sensitive regions. In this scenario, the circular economy emerges as a strategic alternative to reduce dependence on primary resources and minimize the energy impacts associated with metal production. Nevertheless, the feasibility of reuse depends on obtaining recycled materials with properties equivalent to those of the original raw material. In this work, the reuse of stainless steel chips, predominantly from the 316L alloy, was investigated as a raw material for powder production via gas atomization, followed by its application in additive manufacturing through Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF). Initially, a systematic study was conducted on cleaning the chips, emphasizing the removal of organic contaminants, evaluating methods such as water washing, the use of an aqueous solution containing a commercial surfactant, and/or controlled heating. After defining the optimized cleaning method, the chips were cleaned and remelted to produce ingots, which were then gas-atomized. The resulting powders were sieved, resulting in predominantly spherical particles in the 20–75 µm size range, suitable for the LPBF process. Samples were then produced by LPBF and characterized regarding microstructure, phase formation, and mechanical properties. The results indicated that the most efficient cleaning method, evidenced by the greatest mass variation, was the combination of washing with an anionic surfactant solution (volume ratio of 0.005) and heating at 300 °C, as shown by the mass variation analyses. Heating without washing, although with a similar mass variation, performed similarly but caused color changes in the chips, suggesting possible carbon incorporation on the surface. The powders obtained were sieved, resulting in predominantly spherical particles in the 20–75 µm range with good flowability, suitable for LPBF processing. The powder produced from recycled material exhibited adequate flowability and morphology for LPBF processing. It is a qualitative study conducted in two municipalities in the southwestern region of the State of São Paulo. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with program managers and nutritionists in the studied municipalities. Before the pandemic, while students were attending school and had proper access to school meals, the program strongly contributed to the development, growth, and personal performance of each student, fostering the formation of healthy eating habits. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, a new scenario emerged, drastically affecting in-person education systems and students' access to school meals in public schools. After the gradual resumption of in-person classes in schools, students regained access to school meals. Despite the program adopting new adaptation strategies during the pandemic, beneficiary students still experienced a degree of food insecurity due to a lack of access to in-person school meals. Program managers and nutritionists took some initiatives during the COVID- 19 pandemic, such as providing food baskets, vegetables, and prepared meals, but these were insufficient to guarantee adequate nutrition, leading to losses in the quality of teaching and learning for students. This research highlighted the importance of managing the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) in the southwestern region of the state of São Paulo. Furthermore, it contributed to enabling nutritional managers of public policies to reflect on, adapt to, and develop effective strategies for implementing food security policies, whether in optimistic or pessimistic scenarios.
