Fatores de piora, melhora e protetores da saúde mental ao longo do curso de medicina da UFSCar: Uma análise pessoal e retrospectiva

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, from the author's personal point of view, the experiences lived as a student in the medical course at the Federal University of São Carlos, during the years 2015 to 2020, through an experience report considering the 3 cycles of the course (I, II, III), each one lasting 2 years. During the analysis, there is a report of the author's impressions over the years in different learning scenarios in active methodology, containing the factors that he considers that corroborated for the worsening and improvement of his mental and psychological health, as well as his feelings in relation to events. He concludes with a brief description of what he thinks would contribute to improving the scenario in which he experienced.
