Análise das tecnologias em saúde empregadas por técnicos(as) de enfermagem nas salas de vacinação

Abstract

To analyze the perceptions of nursing technicians in the city of São Carlos/SP about the technologies used in vaccination rooms. Method: It consists of a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, carried out with nursing technicians from Family Health Units and Basic Health Units in the city of São Carlos/SP. They were invited to participate in a semi-structured interview containing closed questions for the characterization of the sample and open questions regarding the work process developed by them within the vaccination rooms. The information obtained was analyzed through thematic categorical analysis and compared with the theoretical framework of health technologies. Results: The findings comprised three categories: soft technologies, soft-hard technologies and hard technologies in the vaccination room. Conclusion: This study allowed us to better understand how the nursing technician's work routine actually takes place within the vaccination room, identifying the health technologies used by them in their daily lives and the facilities and difficulties that permeate their work process.
