Reflexões acerca do curso de medicina por um estudante do 6º Ano

Abstract

This work, structured as a critical-reflective narrative, as outlined in the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) of the Medicine course at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) as a format for the Final Paper, aims to narrate the author’s experiences and reflections over the six years of medical education, within the context of a course based on active learning methodologies, which were shaped by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Based on these experiences, and through a critical analysis of the PPP of the course, the Constructivist Spiral as a teaching-learning method, and the provisions of the National Curriculum Guidelines for undergraduate medical courses, this work seeks to provide a critical analysis of the reality of the Medicine program at UFSCar.
