Percepções e análise das ações desenvolvidas no contexto das políticas públicas de agroecologia do Núcleo Apetê Caapuã da UFSCar, Sorocaba (SP)
Abstract
Despite the current importance of the Agroecology Studies Nuclei strengthening problematic and the sociotechnical networks, until now it has been little studied. The Nuclei are a recent public policy whose main instrument has been the public calls. It is necessary to incorporate the perceptions of the subjects of public policies in studies, since they are directly related to the phenomenon. Therefore, the research objectives are: a characterization of the social universe of the socio-technical network of the Apetê Caapuã Nucleus of UFSCar Sorocaba (SP); the description of the network actions as a result of public policies and projects accessed; description and evaluation of the members' perceptions about the actions developed and agroecology itself. We conducted semi-structured interviews, application of online questionnaire and participant observation in group key meetings. The projects developed from the CNPq, PET, PROEXT and ProEx calls were systematized, as well as the identification of the subjects' perceptions about the projects and their conception of agroecology. It is concluded that only the calls are not enough for the maintenance of the Nucleus, being important the articulation between the policies for the sustainability of the network. The group's perception of the policies is in line with its conception of agroecology, and the main challenges pointed out are the lack of enough time for the agroecological transition, as well as the scarce resources for the viability of an agroecological assistance. However, they contribute to the construction of agroecological knowledge. Therefore, calls are important but fragile instruments that depend on government, and are not a consolidated State policy.
