In Brazil, research on conflict and violence prevention is incipient and there is no national survey that has assessed the magnitude of both to date. magnitude of both, so far. When we talk about conflict prevention models, we can mention three types: discipline based on discipline, mediation, and dialogue, ranging from the application of disciplinary measures disciplinary measures, to the creation of services of attention and development of and development of prevention activities. To this end, a survey was made of projects or programs on conflict and violence prevention in the university environment, analyzing documents documents that cite programs aimed at conflict prevention and resolution in higher education institutions of higher education, following the principles of bibliographic research involving a systematized search of original documents indexed in the period between January 1, 2015 and November 31, 2020. From the documents found, initially the titles and abstracts were analyzed for selection of potentially eligible studies potentially eligible studies to be read in their entirety afterwards. One aspect that draws attention to the small number of studies on violence and conflict prevention in in higher education institutions, leading to a latent need for greater investment in the research area. investment in this area of research. Universities should be safe spaces for everyone, but the majority of universities and all, but most Brazilian universities do not have structured policies to prevent violence and also do not have to prevent violence and also do not present clear and continuous strategies to curb violence at the and despite the dialogic model of conflict prevention is a step further in the prevention of violence. the dialogic model of conflict prevention represents one more step to prevent coexistence problems coexistence, it does not mean that models based on discipline and mediation will be completely replaced completely, but rather that they, by themselves, do not eradicate these problems.

The aim of the present research is to approach the arguments of the work entitled Critique of Pure Reason (1781/1787) by Immanuel Kant, in which he presents his most relevant notes for his philosophical project, which is the foundation of the transcendental philosophy, which is characterized as a way of knowing objects a priori, in general. Based on the argumentative line of the Critique of Pure Reason, the questions developed by Kant, in relation to metaphysics, note the concern in deciding the fate of metaphysics and the possibility of progress that will elevate metaphysics to the status of science, starting from a complete revolution. We will develop the investigation based on the distinction between analytical and synthetic judgments and their definitions, as well as the discussion on the possibility of a priori synthetic judgments, the tables of judgments and categories. Kantian criticism unfolds in an attempt to establish what can be known and how it can be known a priori, regardless of sensitive experience. Following the approaches presented in the critical division, the notion of existence appears in at least three relevant passages: 1) in Transcendental Logic, in Transcendental Analytics, in the explanation of the modality of judgments; 2) in the Transcendental Dialectic, in which the part dedicated to refuting the proof of the existence of God is found; and 3) in the Third Section, entitled - Of the speculative arguments in behalf of the existence of a supreme being in Chapter III, - The ideal of Pure Reason. This whole journey is intended to present the critical elements in which Kant points to the possible experience and existence, in which the meanings of the concepts contained in his work are present. The presentation of the notion of the existence of God will be exposed in this work, starting from the discussion of the so-called “ontological argument”, formulated to prove the existence of God by Saint Anselm of Aosta, Archbishop of Canterbury, who elaborated a purely rational argument based on faith. In this way, the present investigation proposes to make an exposition of these passages and to discuss the approaches developed by the medieval author on the problem of the notion of existence, thus providing subsidies to understand the concept of a “supreme being”, and discussion on the existence or not of God throughout the work of Immanuel Kant.

In this research we seek to understand the conflicts established from the developmental project undertaken by the military regime and its consequences for the Enawene Nawe ethnic group in its relationship with non-indigenous people who arrived in the region in the 1970s. Our main hypothesis was that this developmental project it was based on physical and symbolic violence by the state over indigenous groups, this violence is still reproduced today from the representations that non-indigenous people have built about indigenous people and their relationship with “development”. We started from the understanding of an expansion and development policy based on the exploitation and depreciation of human life to the detriment of capital, we concentrated our analyzes on how the relations of state and society took place in the historical context dated from 1970. Gramsci's concepts , Bourdieu, Martins, Foucaut, Mbemb, Agambem, among others, serve as a basis for understanding how a notion of an expanded state, symbolic power, control and domination, biopower, hegemony, violence and necropolitics was constituted. Making it possible to understand the institutionalized prejudice against the indigenous people that, unfortunately, we carry as a legacy of this colonizing process, making these peoples inferior and subjecting them to a process of dehumanization, expropriation of rights and the naturalization of the violence they suffered. The symbolic violence to which the Indians are subjected comes dressed as “truths” built over the years in a Europeanized and ethnocentric perspective and is used to justify the other types of violence to which this population is exposed.
