Resumo
Bladder cancer is considered one of the most frequent neoplasms in the world. Although chemotherapy, surgery, immunotherapy and therapy have been accepted and practical methods for decades, they may not respond to due to the extent of the disease and the low specificity of treatments. However, the Search for new treatment that are more specific and with less beneficial effects are of vital importance for the eradication of the disease. Nanoparticles (NPs) have been investigating against a variety of cancer types and listed as an alternative to many non-selective chemotherapeutics. NPs in the face of this problematic NP as the treatment method wick become an alternative use, to use the damage caused by cancer of alternative treatment. Thus, this objective was to investigate the cytotoxic effects and the main mechanisms of synthesis of NPs actions with the improved routes for the treatment of bladder cancer. For that, we used Silver Tungstate (Ag2WO4) irradiates in different forms, Silver Phosphate gold-doped (Ag3PO4:Au) and Titanium Dioxide coated with peroxide groups [Ti(OH)4]. The use of a treatment to work, allowed the use of an emergency treatment and the ability to treat a nanoparticle, Against cancer treatment.
