listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O noante na perda rememorada: uma leitura da melancolia em Fazes-me falta, de Inês Pedrosa(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Lindini, Sidney Prando; Laks, Daniel Marinho; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9531610287211600; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5772855234923145This Undergraduate Thesis, based on the novel Fazes-me Falta by the Portuguese writer Inês Pedrosa, aims to propose an analysis of the persistent behavior of mnemonic recollection as a mitigating factor in the male character’s melancholic condition in the face of losing his loved one. The objective of this study is to examine the construction of melancholy and its painful affliction as experienced by the one who remains, resulting from the constant effort to return to the past in order to remember the lost object—his friend. In this regard, the investigation will be grounded primarily on Paul Ricoeur’s “Memória, Historia, Esquecimento” and Sigmund Freud’s “Luto e Melancolia”. In a second moment, through a reading of the novel situated within the broader context of contemporary Portuguese fiction, this study intends to reflect on the role of memory in thinking about the Colonial Wars in Africa and Salazarism, based on the features of the melancholic subject and the notion of trauma, observing how the mimetic image of a decaying Portuguese citizen is mirrored in this character. This reflective exercise of considering the real within contemporary fiction leads us to focus our attention on the novel’s fragmentary construction, drawing on guiding texts such as Linda Hutcheon’s A Poetics of Postmodernism. Based on an extensive literature review, ecological, metabolic, and physiological aspects related to the role of endophytes in plant defense were examined, emphasizing their contribution to integrated pest management, the reduction of chemical pesticide use, and the advancement of sustainable agricultural systems. The findings reveal that these microorganisms act through multiple and complementary pathways, such as antibiosis, competition, systemic resistance induction, and hormonal modulation, resulting in continuous and multifunctional protection. Operational challenges, environmental limitations, inoculation requirements, and field colonization variables were also evaluated. Overall, the review demonstrates that endophytic fungi represent a highly promising and strategic alternative for modern agriculture, offering biologically efficient solutions aligned with contemporary economic and environmental demands. The study concludes that strengthening research, standardizing protocols, and improving commercial formulations will be essential for the large-scale consolidation of this biotechnology.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A importância da literatura infantil para o processo de alfabetização(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Freitas, Laura Moro Ribeiro de; Daibello, Cláudia de Oliveira; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8700765073529757; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3132-6471This Course Conclusion Paper (TCC) research analyzes the importance of children's literature in the literacy process, focusing on literary reading as a pedagogical practice that contributes to children's reading and writing development. The research problem investigated is: "How does literary reading impact the literacy process and the development of the reader?" The study, which is qualitative and a bibliographic review, is based on the perspectives of Magda Soares and Annie Rouxel, combining the inseparability between literacy acquisition and literacy (alfabetização and letramento)—which demands the appropriation of the writing system within the context of authentic social practices—and the defense of the subjective dimension of reading—which considers the reader's enjoyment and aesthetic experience to go beyond mere decoding. The analysis confirms that children's literature is an essential methodological axis, acting as a mediating object for literacy practices and the literacy acquisition process. It provides the rich and culturally relevant context necessary for the child to access the social function and intrinsic value of writing. The work highlights that exposure to the narrative and lexical richness of literature significantly expands vocabulary, refines oral language, and stimulates phonological awareness, thus promoting the child's full development. Finally, the study warns that the challenge is to avoid the utilitarian use of literature, which reduces it to a mere pretext for exercises. It reinforces that teaching practice must shun the superficiality of mechanical instruction and utilize literary reading in an intentional and well-planned manner so that it can contribute to the formation of critical and creative readers.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise exergética dos processos de expansão de vapor em uma usina de açúcar e etanol(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Schiaveto, Gabriel Sanchez; Queiroz, João Paulo Silva; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7316247674511327; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3469-2773Steam is the main source of energy in the sugar-ethanol industry, being used to generate mechanical work in the mills, juice heating and evaporation, vacuum generation, ethanol distillation, zeolite regeneration, yeast drying and electricity generation. Each of these processes requires steam under different temperature and pressure conditions, therefore, steam throttling is inevitable. There are two main ways to reduce steam pressure and temperature: backpressure turbines and steam conditioning valves. This study aims to quantify the losses of availability and the exergetic efficiencies associated with turbines and steam conditioning valves in a sugar and ethanol mill located in the São Paulo Estate. To minimize exergy destruction, the actual operating condition (1) was calculated and compared with three simulated and improved scenarios: enabling the intermediate extractions of the turbines (2), installing a new high-pressure turbogenerator (3), and combining both modifications (4). Of the 533.35 MW available for performing work in the studied plant, 492.39 MW are effectively utilized, with the remaining 40.96 MW representing the loss of availability. The exergetic efficiency calculated for the current condition is 92.32%. The simulated scenarios presented gains of 7,223 kW, 15,844 kW and 18,346 kW of useful work compared to the present configuration, corresponding to increases of 1.19 p.p., 2.88 p.p. and 3.39 p.p. in system exergetic efficiency, reaching 95.71% for the best simulated scenario.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Poder, prestígio e gênero: as estratégias de mobilização feminina na presidência da OAB e entre mulheres conservadoras na advocacia brasileira(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Coldibelli, Júlia Helena; Bonelli, Maria da Glória; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1739441747281321; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3369474572729071This monograph analyzes the influence of conservatism on Brazilian legal professionals, drawing on the speeches of presidents of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and the mainly online activities of conservative lawyers, placing the debate in the sociopolitical context that emerged after 2013. This period is marked by the intensification of a conservative wave in Brazil, linked to international processes of the rise of the far right and the resurgence of authoritarian discourses, and by the intensification of professional competition in the legal field, driven by labor market saturation and the growing precariousness of the legal profession. Between 2018 and 2025, these elements contributed to the reorganization of professional and political strategies within the profession. The analysis dialogues with the concepts of identity and gender by Butler (2018) and Scott (2017), the phenomenon of blurring professional boundaries by Liu (2018), and the notion of professionalism, gender, and differences in legal careers presented by Bonelli (2016). Based on this framework, the study demonstrates how contemporary conservatism permeates the forms of action and mobilization used by women lawyers in Brazil. The results indicate that female legal professionals (women who are actively registered with the OAB and therefore able to practice law) perceive the subordination they face in building their careers as women. For this reason, they use specific worldviews to articulate “being a woman” with the struggle for professional prestige within this conservative context. Furthermore, this political mobilization also aims at professional valorization in the pursuit of prestige—in a Weberian sense of “acquired social status.” This dispute is permeated by social markers of difference, relevant aspects observed in social indicators when applied to the Brazilian legal elite, which has historically been composed mainly of white men.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Lúpulo em nova perspectiva: da bebida milenar ao conservante natural de alimentos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Rodrigues, José Eduardo Coelho; Silva, Thaís Jordânia; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4582114700719319The growing appreciation for natural and safe foods, together with the global effort to reduce losses and waste, has encouraged the search for alternatives to synthetic preservatives. In this context, hops (Humulus lupulus), known for their use in beer production, have attracted interest as a source of bioactive compounds with recognized antimicrobial and antioxidant potential. This review, with an emphasis on publications from 2019 to 2025, investigated the use of hops in food preservation. Among the main identified compounds are α- and β-acids, polyphenols, and essential oils, whose antimicrobial action involves processes such as cell membrane disruption, cytosol acidification, ionic imbalance, and leakage of intracellular components. These compounds showed greater effects against Gram-positive bacteria, such as Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, and Leuconostoc gelidum, as well as yeasts like Candida albicans. In contrast, Gram-negative microorganisms such as Escherichia coli and species from the Enterobacteriaceae family proved more resistant. The antimicrobial efficiency of hops depends on factors such as pH, food matrix composition, lipid content, and extraction method, being enhanced in acidic environments and reduced in high-fat foods. Studies report relevant results in matrices such as cheeses, meats, juices, and fermented products, where hops contributed to reducing microbial load and delaying oxidation while maintaining sensory quality and exhibiting combined antioxidant and antimicrobial activity. Their incorporation into foods aligns with the clean label concept, enabling the replacement of artificial preservatives with natural ingredients recognized by consumers. Despite the advances, challenges remain related to selectivity against microorganisms, chemical variability of extracts, and the lack of standardization in application methods. Therefore, hops represent a natural, efficient, and sustainable alternative to synthetic preservatives, with the potential to extend food shelf life and promote the development of safer products aligned with modern consumer expectations.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A influência da ansiedade matemática nos projetos de vida dos estudantes do terceiro ano do ensino médio(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Losi, Ana Laura Primo; Sousa, Maria do Carmo de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6637658562543505; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5523-757X; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8569639518665735This study aimed to analyze how math anxiety influences the choice of Life Projects by third-year high school students within the context of the New High School curriculum. The guiding question was: how does math anxiety influence the choice of Life Project and, consequently, the students' future? The theoretical framework addressed math anxiety as a phenomenon involving emotional, cognitive, physiological, and behavioral components, resulting from negative school experiences, pressure for performance, decontextualized methodologies, and pedagogical practices that do not always favor conceptual understanding or emotional support. The methodology consisted of qualitative research, using an investigative questionnaire on math anxiety to explore and interpret perspectives on the topic. The conclusions, after analyzing the theoretical framework and the questionnaire responses, highlighted that mathematics, although essential, is perceived by many students as a source of fear and insecurity, which can lead to avoidance, low self-confidence, and difficulties in problem-solving. In the context of the new high school curriculum, where students must choose educational pathways and set academic and professional goals, the presence of this anxiety tends to restrict their possibilities, influencing—consciously or unconsciously—the development of their life plans and, consequently, their futures.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Plataforma de modelagem baseada em agentes (ABM) em R: simulação de abundância e revisão de métodos de controle de Sus scrofa(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Bassani, Vittoria Façanha; Ferreira, Iuri Emmanuel de Paula; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5965827433093415The wild boar (Sus scrofa ) is considered one of the most impactful invasive species in the world, causing both environmental and economic damage. Control strategies for this animal have proven ineffective, often based on methods lacking adequate population monitoring and scientific basis. This work aimed to present an agent-based computational platform (ABM) developed in R, which performs fauna monitoring simulations via camera traps. The species Sus scrofa was chosen as a case study in a region of southwestern São Paulo state. 40,000 agent trails, representing herds of wild boars, were simulated, and the performance of Random Encounter Models (REM) in estimating population density was evaluated. The results revealed that the use of exclusion windows, a common practice in camera trapping studies, tends to overestimate population density and reduce agreement with real values, contradicting bibliographic recommendations. Furthermore, landscape structure was a determining factor in the accuracy of the estimates. In parallel, a review of control and monitoring methods highlighted the difficulty of controlling the species in Brazil. It is concluded that the MAB platform represents a promising tool for optimizing monitoring studies and that the effective management of Sus scrofa requires a transition to evidencebased strategies, integrating precision monitoring, predictive modeling, and planned control.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Efeito residual de inseticidas aplicados via tratamento de sementes no controle de Dalbulus maidis(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Mendonça, Stéfany Lauren; Marques, Rodrigo Neves; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8945237946471247The corn leafhopper, Dalbulus maidis (DeLong & Wolcott, 1923), is one of the most critical phytosanitary challenges in maize production, particularly due to its ability to transmit mollicutes and viruses associated with the maize stunt complex. The increase in its incidence is closely linked to intensified cropping systems, the persistence of volunteer plants, and the continuous availability of suitable hosts. In this context, seed treatment with systemic insecticides represents an important strategy to protect maize during the early growth stages, although the persistence of its protective effect remains poorly understood. This study evaluated the mortality of D. maidis on maize plants originating from seeds treated with thiamethoxam and thiamethoxam + lambda-cyhalothrin across three consecutive exposure periods, totaling twelve days of assessment. The experiment was conducted under greenhouse and laboratory conditions, using individual confinement cages, ten replicates per treatment, and periodic replacement of insects every 96 hours. Mortality was recorded at 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours within each period, and data were analyzed using generalized linear models with a binomial distribution, along with mortality correction. The results showed that both insecticides caused high mortality only during the first period, with reductions exceeding 45% after 72 and 96 hours, whereas no statistical differences from the control were observed in the subsequent periods. The sharp decline in mortality across later periods revealed the rapid reduction of residual activity, associated with plant physiological dynamics and inherent limitations of systemic insecticides. Thus, the limited persistence of these products highlights the need for complementary and well-planned management strategies, particularly in regions with a history of maize stunt diseases and reinforces the importance of understanding this temporal dynamic to support more precise agronomic decision-making and reduce the epidemiological risks associated with the corn leafhopper.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Hortos Medicinais em Unidades de Saúde Pública: o bem viver e conservação de espécies no Horto Medicinal Biodinâmico Mil Folhas (Botucatu - SP)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Henriques, Nicholas Saccomano; Franco, Fernando Silveira; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3218633711361955; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9093-9956; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0516704637707238In recent decades, phytotherapy has gained prominence both as a complementary practice and as an alternative in response to the high cost of synthetic medicines and to scientific evidence demonstrating the effectiveness of several plant species. The methodology was divided into three parts: literature review, case study, and documentary research. For the literature review, articles were selected using the SciELO and Google Scholar databases that addressed the historical use of medicinal plants and their articulation with sustainable cultivation practices, especially those related to medicinal gardens, agroforestry systems, and biodynamic agriculture, considering their impacts within the agroecological context and on the promotion of human health. The case study focused on the Biodynamic Medicinal Garden Mil Folhas, located in the city of Botucatu, São Paulo, Brazil, in order to verify the activities developed that are capable of promoting population health and species conservation. Such information was provided by Maria Valéria Nani Rinaldi, coordinator of the Garden, through a semi-structured interview conducted on November 4, 2025.The documentary research aimed to identify and evaluate the conservation status of the species present in the garden, as well as their applications and preparation methods. The results show that, of the 30 species cultivated in the Mil Folhas Garden, 60% are exotic (27% of which are naturalized) and 40% are native. Regarding their conservation status, 70.1% are classified as “Not Evaluated (NE),” 23.3% fall into the “Least Concern (LC)” category, and 6.6% are classified as “Data Deficient (DD).” Through the activities developed by the Mil Folhas Garden, it is observed that it contributes to biodiversity conservation by reducing extractivism, strengthening traditional knowledge, expanding safe access to phytotherapy, acting as a space for socio-environmental education, and promoting health within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS). It was verified that initiatives such as the Mil Folhas Garden represent effective strategies for integrating health, traditional knowledge, sustainability, science, and the conservation of medicinal species.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Sistema embarcado associado a arquitetura web para aferição da pesagem no processo de colheita da laranja(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Costa, Lara Leandro da; Luvizoto, Renato; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4342269884886020; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6765-6931; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0644497507575557Manual orange harvesting in Brazil still relies on imprecise and subjective weighing procedures, which directly affect workers’ payment and their perception of fairness in the workplace. This study presents the development of an embedded system for weighing and traceability in orange harvesting, aimed at automating the measurement of big bags and individually identifying workers by means of RFID technology. The prototype comprises two main modules: the Scale Module, responsible for acquiring the weight through a load cell and linking it to the worker’s RFID card, and the Tractor Operator Module, which receives the data via LoRa communication, provides an interactive user interface, stores the measurements on an SD card, prints physical receipts and sends records to a database. The methodology followed product development principles, with an iterative process involving proof-of-concept construction, hardware and firmware integration, design of dedicated printed circuit boards and laboratory and field tests during real harvesting operations. The results show that the system is technically feasible, operating stably in the field, with robust communication between modules and reliable traceability of the harvested weight per worker. The validations carried out place the prototype at an intermediate technological readiness level, opening perspectives for its evolution into a commercial product that contributes to the modernization of the citrus supply chain and to more transparent working relations in orange harvesting.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Praticas comunicativas de influenciadoras digitais no Instagram: mediações de autenticidade, visibilidade e algoritmos em narrativas digitais(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Rinaldi, Matheus Baldo; Padilha, Felipe André; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5608497895561456; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5511-7252; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0172590071547376This study starts from the centrality and ubiquity of digital influencers in contemporary social media and seeks to understand how an exemplary sample of small-scale content creators constructs and mobilizes communicative practices aimed at the performance of authenticity and the generation of visibility on Instagram. Based on a qualitative approach anchored in a short-term ethnography adapted to digital environments, the publications shared on three selected profiles were analyzed through non-participant observation (the lurker method). The study articulates debates on authenticity, self-promotion, and the algorithmic norm that structures visibility mechanisms on the Internet. It was observed that the influencers employ dichotomous strategies: on one hand, they build proximity and affective bonds with their audiences; on the other hand, they reinforce distance and aspirational standards that sustain their credibility. The results indicate that authenticity, far from being an inherent characteristic, is configured as a social and commercial strategy, mobilized to consolidate lifestyles and foster consumption practices.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Impactos do excesso de O₂ e licor branco não oxidado na deslignificação com oxigênio: estudo de caso aplicado a uma planta industrial de polpa Kraft de eucalipto(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Silva, Pedro Henrique Piozzi da; Pádua, Thiago Faggion de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8909812973749651; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0694-6991; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9939399606933673; https://orcid.org/0009-0005-6977-1668The Kraft process is the main route for producing cellulosic pulp, characterized by its operational robustness and chemical recovery cycle. Oxygen delignification is an essential stage for reducing the Kappa number and the consumption of bleaching reagents. This study evaluated, at both laboratory and industrial scales, the feasibility of partially replacing sodium hydroxide with non-oxidized white liquor (WL), combined with the use of excess oxygen to intensify delignification and increase brightness, consequently minimizing costs and environmental impacts. In the tests with a Parr reactor, the WL fraction ranged from 22.2% to 45%, and the O₂ excess from -1.1 kg/ADt (deficit) to 7.9 kg/ADt. The O₂ excess increased brightness by up to 2.68 ISO points and delignification efficiency by +2 percentage points, but decreased viscosity by up to 34 dm³/kg and selectivity by 0.028 Kappa units per dm³/kg. White liquor by itself did not affect pulp quality; however, in the presence of excess oxygen, resulted in a tendency of viscosity and selectivity loss. Increasing excess oxygen enhanced brightness and efficiency gains, with potential to reduce chlorine dioxide demand in the bleaching stage, although excesses above the baseline resulted in slight losses of viscosity and selectivity. Although obtained under laboratory conditions, the results were relevant and provided concrete guidance for the industrial trial phase. In this phase, it was found that increasing the white liquor fraction from 22% to 30% did not alter pulp quality indicators and allowed a reduction of about 1.7 kg NaOH/ADt, corresponding to approximately 8% in savings of sodium hydroxide costs. Furthermore, reducing the oxygen excess by 2 kg/ADt did not compromise these parameters and resulted in an estimated 10% reduction in oxygen costs. The adjustments in white liquor fraction and oxygen charge are currently being implemented in the analyzed mill.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise paramétrica do comportamento estrutural de vigas de transição em concreto armado(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Aredes Júnior, Márcio José; Almeida Filho, Fernando Menezes de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0447825383222965; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2802053698316902Transfer beams are frequently used in buildings as solutions for vertical discontinuities between floors, where column misalignment occurs, resulting in high concentrated forces and specific requirements for structural analysis and detailing to ensure adequate stiffness and strength. In this study, a parametric analysis of the structural behavior of reinforced concrete transfer beams is developed, aiming to evaluate the influence of cross-sectional geometry and structural continuity on the performance of these elements. The adopted methodology is based on the numerical modeling of different structural configurations using the TQS software, considering normative criteria for design and serviceability verifications prescribed by ABNT NBR 6118:2023. The results were analyzed in terms of internal forces, reinforcement ratios, crack widths, and deflections, allowing the identification of behavioral trends, critical performance limits, and structurally more efficient solutions. Finally, comparative analyses and technical guidelines are presented, based on the obtained results, intended to contribute to the design of transfer beams in accordance with normative criteria of safety and service performance.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Simulação e controle de um sistema de geração eólica para uma aplicação residencial(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Mazzaro, Luis Guilherme Santos; Guazzelli, Paulo Roberto Ubaldo; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0830386985936804Wind energy has emerged as one of the leading renewable sources of electricity due to its low environmental impact and strong potential for deployment at both utility scale and in residential systems. This project aims to design and model a grid-connected wind generation system using MATLAB/Simulink. The proposed solution comprises the modeling of a small wind turbine, a permanent-magnet synchronous generator (PMSG), a three-phase rectifier, and a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) controller based on the Perturb and Observe method to optimize power extraction. The main challenges encountered were the integration of components in Simulink and the tool’s limitations in accurately representing the system, which required evaluating different control and energy-conversion strategies. The results confirm the feasibility of the modeled approach and highlight the potential of wind microgeneration as a sustainable alternative for residential applications, contributing to the diversification and decentralization of the energy mix.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Implementação de extensões criptográficas no processador VexRiscv(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Silverio, Arthur Eugenio; Menotti, Ricardo; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2509766431540422This work presents the design, implementation, and evaluation of a set of bit-manipulation instructions from the cryptographic extension Zbk(b/c/x) of the RISC-V standard, integrated into the VexRiscv processor and synthesized on an FPGA. To validate correctness and quantify performance improvements, a dedicated testing framework was developed to systematically compare the hardware-accelerated instructions with their software-based counterparts, measuring latency, functional equivalence, and overall speedup across diverse input vectors. Experimental results show substantial acceleration, ranging from 2× in simple logical operations to over 100× in polynomial multiplication instructions over finite fields. The integration into the VexRiscv pipeline proved technically feasible, maintaining compatibility with the LiteX ecosystem and preserving the number of cycles per instruction in unrelated operations. These findings indicate that cryptographic extensions in the RISC-V standard can deliver significant benefits even on compact microarchitectures, reinforcing their suitability for configurable and energy-efficient SoCs.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Características da libras na escrita em português dos surdos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Silva, Letícia Macedo; Rubio, Cássio Florêncio; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8357993415342241Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) is used by deaf people as their primary means of communication, constituting, for many of them, their mother tongue. The objective of this work is to investigate possible influences of Libras parameters on the use of grammatical elements and verbal agreement in written Portuguese by deaf people. To this end, a bibliographic study and an analysis of materials produced by deaf adults were carried out, especially messages from a WhatsApp group, which allowed for observation of writing in spontaneous situations. The selected sentences show that participants resort to the structure of Libras when writing in Portuguese, which explains differences in morphosyntactic organization, such as the absence of connectives, prepositions, and conjunctions. These features, however, should not be seen as "errors," but as natural manifestations of the transition between L1 (Libras) and L2 (Portuguese), reflecting the natural fluidity of sign language linguistics.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Caio Fernando Abreu - Uma escrita de si atravessada pelo dispositivo da aids(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2025-12-09) Souza, Bueno; Carvalho, Pedro Henrique Varoni de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0019513394358070; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9856088657399368; Sargentini, Vanice; Butturi Junior, Atílio; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1406919572611392; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1901170463141361Esta investigación se propone examinar la relación entre la ocurrencia del sida em textos literários y columnas periodísticas del escritor Caio Fernando Abreu, com base em estúdios discursivos foucaultianos. The research base included government agencies, climatological research institutions, legislation, and databases such as SciELO and PubMed. The analysis of studies and meteorological bulletins (from INMET) demonstrates that during the studied period there was a significant increase in temperature in the country, influenced by climatological phenomena, as well as an increase in cases of dengue, Zika virus, and Chikungunya. The authors’ studies conclude that precipitation and temperature have a significant influence on the ecology of the Aedes aegypti vector, as well as the previous circulation of the virus, disordered urbanization, and increased human circulation. Given this scenario, it is noted that arboviruses outbreaks are favored by abiotic factors and that health surveillance plays a fundamental role in prevention, both in control actions and in the training of health professionals. Understanding vector-climatology dynamics is fundamental for public policies to coordinate proactive actions to address epidemic scenarios.
